BiographySadie Adams, born in 1905, lived in the Tewa village of Hano on the First Mesa of the Hopi Reservation, where pottery traditionally is made. Sadie worked at Hubbell Trading Post along with other Hopi-Tewa girls. The Hubbell Trading Post was made a National Historic Site in August 1965.
